Get started in 4 steps:

1. Sprinkle some Bokashi Starter on the grate.

2. Add chopped kitchen waste (max. 5 cm pieces).

3. Press down firmly, close the lid, and drain the liquid daily.

4. Let everything ferment for at least 2 weeks – and you’re done!

The drained Bokashi juice is a powerful liquid fertilizer for plants (dilute 1:100) and also works as a natural drain cleaner.
